Downtown Design Standards
A City ordinance establishing Design Standards for the Downtown Core Area of Lee’s Summit, Mo., which provide for the physical appearance, structure and placement of commercial, mixed-use and residential buildings within the Downtown Core, was adopted on March 14, 2013, by the Lee’s Summit City Council.
The Design Standards were developed through a collaborative effort between Downtown Lee’s Summit Main Street and the City of Lee’s Summit’s Planning & Development Department.
