Bel Fiore Co. Flower Bar + Boutique is celebrating their second year in business with a birthday party on Saturday, September 7th. The first 25 people through the door will get a free bouquet. Ragusa KC, a Sicilian Food Truck, will be right outside 20 SW 3rd Street serving up crepes, tiramisu, and cannoli from 9 to 11 a.m. Owner Angela Turner chose the name Bel Fiore Co, meaning “beautiful flower company,” to honor her Italian heritage. In addition to their flower bar, where customers can build their own bouquet, staff also source locally grown flowers to create vibrant arrangements for events.
The Fall Open House is one of nearly 100 community events hosted by Downtown Lee’s Summit Main Street. To learn more about their mission to revitalize Downtown and see a list of upcoming events, visit downtownls.org.
