Please join us in celebrating our Veterans and honoring those that served during the Korean War at our parade: Freedom Is Not Free – 70th Anniversary of the Korean War Armistice. The parade will start at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 11, 2023.

Parade Route: From LSHS at 400 SE Blue Parkway the parade will head west onto SE 8th Street, then merge onto SE Green Street. At SE 7th Street turn left and then turn right onto SE Douglas Street. From Douglas Street it will turn left onto Third Street and then right onto SE Main Street ending at SE Second Street.

The VFW Auxiliary will be providing a free Ham & Bean lunch following the parade from approximately 12:45-2:30 at 329 SE Douglas St, Lee’s Summit, MO.
