2021 Around Downtown Raffle Rules

  1. Must be 21 years of age or older to purchase a ticket(s).
  2. For every one (1) raffle ticket is purchased, one (1) entry is placed into the Grand Prize Package.
  3. Prize winners will be selected at random via a random number generator.
  4. A link to the video of the raffle winners will be shared on Facebook on Thursday, November 4 at 7 pm. Video will also be shared on our website – www.downtownls.org/raffle.
  5. Customers are not limited on the amount of tickets they can purchase. Customers will choose which raffle items they would like to enter to win. All tickets will be sold online, and payment must be completed to be entered to win.
  6. Ticket holders will receive a receipt of their purchase via email.
  7. DLSMS reserves the right to postpone the Around Downtown Raffle for any reason; all registered ticket holders will be notified by email and on www.downtownls.org/raffle.
  8. Winners will be notified via email on Thursday, November 4. Winners may claim the applicable prize in the Downtown Lee’s Summit Main Street Office by 5 pm on December 15. Proper identification will be required.
  9. The list of winners will be made available on downtownls.org/raffle and via email following the event.
  10. Tickets will be available starting Friday, October 1, 2021 at 12 PM and ending Sunday, October 31, 2021 at 11:59 PM.
  11. Tickets purchased by credit card or check are not valid until the credit card transaction or check has cleared.
  12. All DLSMS employees, spouses, and immediate family members are not eligible to win raffle prizes.
  13. DLSMS or any other person, organization, or business sponsoring or participating in the Around Downtown Raffle, does not assume liability for any claims for injury or other damages arising out of any prize obtained through this ticket, and by accepting this ticket, the holder acknowledges that limitation of liability.
  14. Tickets are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
  15. Reproduction of tickets is not permitted.
  16. No refunds or exchanges.
  17. Ticket purchaser to the raffle hereby authorize DLSMS to use name, record pictures, voice or video photographs, film, tapes, and other media in connection with the raffle without compensation or permission and permit DLSMS to use them for marketing purposes.
  18. Rules may be amended at any time. All revisions will be posted on www.downtownls.org/raffle.
  19. Disputes must be made in writing by sending an email to info@downtownls.org no later than November 1 at 5pm.
  20. Your contact information will be added to the DLSMS mailing list. Your information will not be shared. You may unsubscribe at any time.
  21. Purchase and use of raffle tickets signifies agreement to all the rules listed.
